Diagnosed as HIV Positive in 2000 after contracting a near fatal Opportunistic Infection, Neill is the drive behind all our efforts here at What's Your Sign.

From a military, managerial, financial and IT background Neill is perfectly equipped with all the tools necessary for communicating the primary objectives of all of us fighting the HIV Pandemic globally - "Keep Positive & Stay Safe!" Ambitious, humble and at times a little overzealous, Neill continually finds a reason to keep going. Without the personal experiences the team have endured, there would be little reward in simply owing up to HIV.

Focusing on the needs of others before ones own personal needs is never an easy challenge.

Fortunately for us, Liza is capable of doing just that. Delighted for any opportunity to prove to us just who is the maddest of all. Continually striking that balance between craziness and compassion; between stupidity and subtlety; and between wickedly and wisely.

Liza is a major player in continually finding new and exciting ideas to keep you suitably entertained whilst drumming home the more serious implications that HIV often has within local and global communities.

Creative flare is not a quality that all of us possess and is often overlooked in the greater scheme of things.

However, continually and actively engaged in developing new and innovative ways at communicating powerful messages through film and digital media, whilst supporting the fight against the HIV pandemic, Sebastian rarely finds his way back into the UK, and is usually missed by all of us here at What's Your Sign as he tops up and expands on his creative collection.

Sebastian is often at the forefront of any new venture that What's Your Sign undertakes, primarily because of the ingenuity that is needed in portraying circumstance as it truly is, and not as we would all like to see it.
