Discrimination from personal and professional bodies is faced on a daily basis, not only from HIV positive people, but those of us working on behalf of and supporting the global issues surrounding HIV. Also, those supporting individuals unfortunate enough to have already been infected.
Much work needs to be done to turn around these tainted perceptions, and yes, it is simply a case of education, awareness, promotion, and prevention.
From this point forward, What's Your Sign and all those wishing to help, will be working toward the launch and mobilisation of What's Your Sign - Logistics, a mobile crew determined on bringing about changes in perception within the commercial sector, and supporting those mostly affected by this tiresome virus within local and global communities.
You can help What's Your Sign by:-
Exhibiting our "Wear & Share" clothing and merchandise, available on-line in the coming months
Seeking out those willing to make financial contributions toward the launch of our Humanitarian Aid mission, or indeed supporting us yourselves
Raising awareness within your domestic, social and professional networking environments
Fundraising, through What's Your Sign - Extreme Sports, for your local HIV Agency, Charity, Organisation or Enterprise
Volunteering for the chance to help at one of What's Your Sign's Annual, National or Sports events.
